Associate – Fund Management
The Associate – Fund Management will assist with fund-raising strategies, deal assessment, product development, investor relations, and compliance oversight. The role supports product ideation, structuring, documentation, and investor communication while ensuring regulatory adherence. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with leadership to achieve long-term growth objectives in fund management.
Key responsibilities
Fundraising & Product Development:
- Assist with product development strategies for fund-raising, ensuring alignment with market demand.
- Assist in preparing fund documentation and SEBI application for launch of new funds.
- Assist in onboarding distributors, covering due diligence and documentation.
- Develop pitch books, financial models and marketing materials to support the fund-raising process.
Portfolio Exit:
- Assist with all activities related to execution of portfolio exit (advisor onboarding, collateral preparation, due diligence, and documentation).
Fund Management, Investor Relations & Communication:
- Support ongoing fund and investor related activities, including investor communications, cash flow planning, fund/ investor NAV reporting, fund revenue computation, etc.
- Assist in resolving technical queries from channel partners and investors.
- Help organize and execute investor events such as roadshows and off-cycle events.
Strategic Support & Market Intelligence:
- Provide intelligence support for new market regulations, investment trends and competition mapping.
- Develop an understanding of the sector, building relationships with key industry players.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Assess and monitor financial and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines.
- Work with compliance teams on governance and regulatory adherence.

Educational Requirements and Work Experience
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business,Economics, or a related field.
Years of experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in fund management, investment analysis, or asset management.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience in fund structuring, investment vehicle design, and fundraising
strategies. - Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for investment
products, including AIFs, co-investment PMS, etc. - Experience in investor relations, stakeholder communication, and deal execution.
- Expertise in financial modelling, presentations and market analysis.
