Associate to the CEO – Asset Management


The Associate will support the CEO – Asset Management by assisting in governance, reviews, stakeholder management, and special projects within asset management. This role will be instrumental in tracking and reviewing progress across asset management, project development (including pre-construction activities), and leasing. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities while maintaining key dashboards and reports.

Key responsibilities

Strategic & Planning Support:

  •  Assist in developing and updating asset management plans, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide research and analytical support for project feasibility
    assessments.

Governance & Review:

  • Monitor and review asset management functions, ensuring projects adhere to pre-construction timelines, approvals, and leasing milestones.
  • Maintain dashboards to track progress and present findings to leadership.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate with project teams, procurement, leasing, and finance to facilitate smooth execution.
  • Support the CEO in preparing materials for strategic meetings with
    internal and external stakeholders.

Project Development Oversight:

  • Track key milestones for pre-construction, approvals, and leasing.
  • Ensure timely action and follow-ups to support decision-making at the CEO level.

Special Projects & Innovation:

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating strategic initiatives, including technology integration in asset management.
  • Provide insights into new development opportunities.

Educational Requirements and Work Experience

Education Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Construction Management from a Tier II institute.

Years of Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting firms focusing on real-estate sector, asset management, real estate development, project management.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Experience working in asset management, pre-construction planning, and leasing.
  • Exposure to governance frameworks, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of real estate development processes, leasing negotiations, and financial analysis.
  • Experience in working with organizations like Big 4s or real estate-focused consulting firms.
