We are seeking a talented and dynamic Liasoning Architect at Mumbai location for Industrial and Warehousing development division. He / She will be directly responsible for reviewing / verifying the master plans based on incumbent knowledge of the Maharashtra preferable having knowledge of MIDC,CIDCO, PMRDA (Pune Municipal) with perspectives for Warehousing Projects. Due understanding of the DCR of various cities, to be sourced and from corp. Affairs team as well as NBC Standards for all fire and safety norms for all fields.

Key responsibilities

Statutory Expertise: 

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of statutory norms, particularly the Development Control Regulations (DCR) of Maharashtra, and stay updated on any changes or nuances. 
• Assume direct responsibility for meticulously reviewing all statutory approval drawings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

AutoCAD Proficiency: 

• Utilize hands-on experience with AutoCAD to manage and review drawings for diverse projects, including industrial parks, warehouses, and high-rise commercial structures. 
• Collaborate effectively with consultants to handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring a seamless integration of design and regulatory compliance. 

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate efforts to ensure the timely completion of all statutory approval drawings, overseeing the entire process to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations. 
• Apply a comprehensive understanding of Comprehensive Development Plans (CDP), Regional plans, Development Plans, and Zoning regulations to guide project coordination effectively. 

Land Use Expertise:

• Calculate land use area and statutory fees using reckoner tools, ensuring accurate and efficient assessments. 
• Navigate various land liaison policies and secure necessary approvals, demonstrating a keen understanding of land use dynamics.

• Achieve a 100% compliance rate with Development Control Regulations (DCR) of Maharashtra and other relevant statutory norms.  

Timely Approval Processes: 

• Ensure that statutory approval drawings are submitted and processed within stipulated timelines. 

AutoCAD Efficiency:

• Maintain a high level of efficiency in utilizing AutoCAD for project drawings 
• Evaluate the time taken for drawing preparation, accuracy of designs, and collaboration feedback from consultants. 

Land Use Accuracy: 

• Achieve accuracy in calculating land use area and statutory fees. 
• Regular checks and reconciliation of land use calculations against reckoner values and actual measurements.  

Regulatory Understanding: 

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Comprehensive Development Plans, Regional plans, and Zoning regulations. 
• Successful interpretation and application of regulatory requirements in project coordination, avoiding non-compliance issues. 

Educational Requirement and Work Experience

Education Requirements:

• Graduate Degree in Architecture with exposure to commercial requirement of Construction business.

• 9-14 years
