Welspun One Logistics Parks Fund 1 was India’s first warehousing-focused AIF, offering domestic investors a transparent and institutional platform to capitalize on the sector's growth. The fund addressed a significant demand-supply gap in first-mile warehousing, targeting large consumption hubs in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
