With a view to encourage more women in our sector and our organization, we are also committed to ensuring that all women working with us or visiting our sites through our customers, auditors and partners also feel a high sense of safety and security, both physical and emotional.

Harassment, intimidation & violence
We provide and maintain our workplace that is free from violence, harassment, intimidation and other unsafe or disruptive conditions through our varied policies as under:
- Code of Conduct Policy – clearly outlines the guidelines, principles, behaviors practices to be adapted and followed by an employee of the organization towards colleagues, peers and service providers. Also offers mechanism for anonymous reporting violations of the code.
- The Sexual Harassment of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, also referred to as “POSH”. The policy encourages women employees to come forward to and report any form of sexual harassment being faced at workplace and providing a robust mechanism for redressal of the same. All employees new or existing undergo regular awareness sessions on the same, so that we create a culture of emotional & physical safety & security for all our employees especially women.
Travel
Our travel policy clearly advocates that wherever possible, it is advised for all especially women to avoid undertaking overnight travel and ensure all boarding and lodging in with hotels and tie ups that are reputed and from well-known brands in the hospitality sector.
Apart from the above arrangements, any grievances can be reported to the Human Resources function or to the POSH Committee and they will be resolved as per the mechanisms available within the respective policy. Actions against perpetrators will be taken in line with the committee recommendations governing the POSH & the disciplinary actions matrix.
