Anand brings over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate Investment Management space, having invested over US$ 100MM across warehousing, residential and commercial asset classes.
Previously, he was part of the Aditya Birla Real Estate Fund and focussed on deploying capital, managing an existing portfolio of assets and driving exits, by partnering with real estate developers across India.
Anand has also been part of the Investments team at IndoSpace Capital Advisors, working across the deal life cycle from origination to closure.
Anand holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode and a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Mumbai University
