KVS Raju has over 22 years of experience in establishing industrial & logistics Parks across India. From the conceptual stage to execution, he has overseen more than 15MM sf of industrial development.
Prior to Welspun One, he was the General Manager, Projects with Embassy Industrial Parks Pvt Ltd, where he was a part of the founding team members in setting up state-of-the-art industrial & logistics parks across India.Raju was involved in the areas of Land Buying, Master Planning, Engineering & Procurement, Execution and Leasing.
Prior to this, he served as a Chief Coordinator with Semac Consultants Pvt. Ltd., and managed ~10MM sf of high value industrial & warehousing facilities, R&D Labs across India. He holds M.B.A (Operations Management) degree from ICFAI University, Dehradun, and B. Tech (Civil) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad
