Prior to joining Welspun One, he was co-head real estate at Sanctum wealth management, heading the alternate assets vertical which included sectors like student housing,co-living, co-working, hospitality, etc. He was responsible for building the alternate real estate business at Sanctum. Prior to this, he was part of the fundraising teams at Milestone and Cerestra, where they raised over a billion dollars.
