Sumukha comes with over 10 years of experience in Real Estate & more than 5 years with extensive land acquisition and selling involvement. With his forte being land transactions in the South Indian markets, he has transacted over a thousand acres across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality & healthcare verticals.
Prior to Welspun One, he worked as an AVP at Evervantage Consulting and while there he accomplished copious profitable investment deals as an intermediary partnering with multiple developers, landowners, institutional & sovereign funds. His core strength has been land sourcing & deal structuring.
He had a short stint managing portfolios & investments of NRI’s & Ultra HNI’s in Singapore where he grew his network extensively & was very well appreciated for his excellence in new market penetration.
Sumukha holds an MBA from United Business Institutes, Brussels, Belgium.
