Anshul has over 15 years of leadership experience in the infrastructure and real estate sector with a track record of establishing 5 new businesses from the ground up. He has held the CEO and Director positions for Warburg Pincus, and Brookfield investee companies.
In 2019, Anshul founded One Industrial Spaces - an integrated fund, development, and asset management organization. His entrepreneurial venture was soon provided backing by the USD 2.7 billion Welspun Group; and post acquiring a majority stake in this business, it went on to be rebranded as Welspun One.
Under his leadership; Welspun One launched their flagship 110-acres of Grade-A warehousing asset in Bhiwandi, rolled out India’s maiden warehousing Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) for domestic investors, and by 2025 intends to deploy approximately USD 265 million to develop over 8 million square feet of industrial real estate pan-India.
Prior to this, Anshul was the CEO of Embassy Industrial Parks (EIP) and from 2007 to 2014 he was the Founding Director of JSW Severfield Structures Ltd. Anshul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), GRI Club, and has the unique distinction of being the only Indian selected for an internship with the White House, Pentagon, IMF, and World Bank, while at university.
