Vice President Head – Leasing (In-city)
Mukesh has over 20 years of extensive experience in business development,
leasing, and sales, and he currently leads these efforts at Welspun One. His
role encompasses overseeing product development, managing relationships with
third-party property managers, leasing agents, and international property
consultants (IPCs), while providing strategic direction for business plans,
budgets, forecasts, and lease approvals.
Before joining Welspun One, Mukesh served as the Head of Commercial Leasing
– Office and Malls at Runwal Group. He has also contributed his expertise to
leading organizations such as Brigade Group, Brookfield Properties, Milestone
Capital Advisors Private Limited, Nesco Limited, Kumar Urban Limited, Hirco
(Hiranandani Group of Companies), HDFC, and ICICI Capital Services Ltd.
Mukesh holds a Master in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai.
