Head - Legal

Kiran brings on board a rich and varied legal experience of 15 years spanning corporate and commercial transactions, investments, regulatory matters and disputes.

Prior to joining Welspun One, he was helming the legal functions at KKR India Asset Finance Limited as Head Legal. At KKR he was responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the NBFC and its AIF platform including investments, regulatory matters, governance structures and stakeholder management.

He has also worked with TT&A, Altico Capital, Credit Suisse and ICICI Bank.

At Welspun One, he will be responsible for providing critical and proactive legal advice on strategic initiatives, platform level matters and the wide range of complex issues arising from our project related transactions.

Kiran has completed his B.A. LL.B. from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.
